Transmission
Transmission- the main part of the car responsible for the transmission of torque from the engine to the wheels. In the general sense, a transmission is called a gearbox, but it consists of several components:
- Gear box- the main element of the transmission, which is responsible for shifting gears and transmitting torque from the engine to the wheels. The gearbox can be mechanical, automatic or variator type.
- Bridgesis a part of the transmission that transmits torque from the gearbox to the wheels of the car. The location of the bridge depends on the drive of the car. If the car has front-wheel drive, the bridge is mounted in the gearbox. If rear-wheel drive, the bridge is located in the rear of the car.
- Cardan shaft- connecting element between the gearbox and bridges. It transmits torque from the gearbox to the axles. At the same time, the cardan shafts must be balanced to eliminate vibrations during movement.
- Engine- the power unit of the car, which is responsible for transferring energy to the wheels. The engine produces energy by burning fuel and transferring the generated thermal energy through the transmission. The engine can be gasoline, diesel or electric.
Each element of the transmission performs an important function and has its own characteristics. For example, the gearbox determines the number of gears and the gear ratio, which makes it possible to reduce the load on the engine and ensure more economical use of fuel. Bridges, in turn, transmit the torque from the gearbox to the wheels of the car. The drive shaft provides the connection between the gearbox and the axles, and the engine transmits power through the transmission to the wheels.

Steering system
Steering systemallows the driver to control the direction of the car.It consists ofsteering mechanism, steering column, steering rack and steering rods.
