Peugeot has announced the launch of Landtrek pickup in Ukraine

In 2020, Peugeot introduced the Landtrek pickup to compete with well-known models such asToyota Hilux,Ford RangerandNissan Navara. This pickup truck is built in cooperation with Chinese partners and is sold in China under the nameChangan Kaicheng F70. Peugeot Landtrek appeared on the markets of Latin America and South Africa. It will be available in Ukraine, as the demand for pickups has increased there. Details regarding the configuration for the Ukrainian market are currently unknown, but it is known that it will have a diesel engine.

Peugeot Landtrek is available in two versions: with two and four-door cabs. Currently, it is known that only the short model will be available for the Ukrainian market. This model is designed for commercial use and can hold three Euro pallets. The carrying capacity of the Landtrek can reach 1.2 tons, and it can tow a trailer weighing up to 3 tons.

Peugeot Landtrekhas a good geometric patency. The ground clearance of the pickup can reach 235 mm, and the entry and exit angles are 30 and 27 degrees, respectively. The declared depth of the ford overcome is 600 mm.

As for the interior of the pickup truck, no details have been released yet for the Ukrainian market. However, we can familiarize ourselves with it from the photo of the Landtrek interior for the Latin American market.

Given the fact that Peugeot Landtrek is a new product on the Ukrainian market, detailed information about its configuration, price and production is limited. However, it was announced that the pickup will be available in three configurations: basic, comfort and premium versions, and will be presented in all cases with a diesel power unit.

According to company representatives, the Landtrek will have many useful features, such as a keyless entry system, automatic dual-zone climate control system, an 8-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, a light and rain sensor, a rearview camera and a multifunction steering wheel.

In addition, the pickup will have a traction control system that allows the driver to switch differential modes and choose the best option for different road conditions.

Currently, the final prices for Peugeot Landtrek in Ukraine have not yet been announced, but it is known that the price will be quite low and competitive with the cheapest pickups of world brands in the basic configuration. Therefore, consumers will have the opportunity to choose the optimal pickup truck for their needs and capabilities from a well-known brand.
