Durable aluminum roller shutter to protect the body of Toyota Hilux Revo
The SOT 130 ROLL is a revolutionary cover for protecting the Toyota Hilux Revo 2015+ body and the transported cargo from external influences. Lightweight and durable materials such as aluminum, vinyl, and steel are used in its production.
The cover has a mechanical drive. The canvas is wound by a powerful spring. A special lock is provided for its fixation in the open state. It consists of a metal plate with latches at the ends. The plate covers the entire width of the blade, which makes the process of breaking in very problematic. The lock is protected from moisture and dust by a special overlay.
The Hailux roller shutter leaf consists of separate aluminum plates. When flat, they cannot be separated from each other. When wound on an 8-sided drum, the connecting elements between them become free.
The web is held on a 5 mm thick aluminum frame. It contains a special anti-friction coating, thanks to which the web moves with virtually no wear and friction. Rubber seals and channels for moisture drainage are provided around the perimeter.
Installation of the roller shutter takes no more than 2 hours.
