The 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 may have been the biggest premiere of 2021 to shake up the SUV market. Despite the large number of rumors and expert opinions about the design and applied solutions, the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 has become a hit. And already now, the company has a queue of orders until 2023 for this model.
Brazilian artist Kleber Silva created this rendering, which stitches the front end of the 300 Series with the body of a full-size pickup, creating the Land Cruiser 300 Double Cab Pickup. This could be one of the best luxury pickups on the market. Even though Silva called his creation the 2024 Toyota HiLux TRD, the possibility of a 300-series double cab isn't out of the question.
In recent days, the 2022 Toyota Tundra was unveiled in the US, a pickup truck with the same drivetrain and underbody design as the new Land Cruiser.
Toyota understands that the pickup segment is becoming popular on all continents, and the demand for this type of vehicle has only grown over the past few years. And, while the Tundra is more likely to see the light of day in African, Asian and Australian markets, Toyota could always eventually use the good Land Cruiser name and offer a premium pickup based on the 300 series in other markets, including Europe and the CIS.
