Most recently (June 4), an updated version was introduced to the Thai marketToyota Hilux 2021. In addition to the modified appearance, the car was equipped with an improved turbodiesel, a new multimedia system, as well as some improvements to the chassis.
The current exterior of the pickup perfectly matches the general style of Toyota.Three-dimensional gridthe radiator and redesigned bumper perfectly protect the front part of the car, and new wheels and fully LED optics make driving more comfortable.
The technical part of the Hilux has also been updated. Another 2.8-liter engine (in addition to the 2.4-liter) with an output of201 hp. The turning moment made up500 Nm.Acceleration to hundreds became faster by 3.2 seconds and now is10 seconds.
To ensure better comfort on the road, changes were made to the suspension and steering of the Toyota Hilux. Thanks to retuned shock absorbers and redesigned leaf springs, the car has increased stability and a smoother ride.
The interior of the pickup truck has also undergone changes. To improve the functionality of the car, it was decided to install a new media system with an 8-inch screen and a modified interface. Its main features are the ability to display the position of the wheels and two completely new functions -Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.In addition, Toyota received an active safety system for the first timeSafety Senseand audio systemJBLwith nine speakers.
Sales of the updated pickup alreadystartedin Thailand. Very soon, Toyota will be presented in the countries of Eastern Europe, and in the fall it is promised to appear in the Western European markets as well.
