The automobile concern recently showed a new model for its sub-brand -Jetour T-X. This is a complete "correct"frame car with all-wheel drive system and adaptive suspension. Among the new solutions, the company offers a platform on the roof for taking off and landing quadcopters, as well as an interesting front panel with an illuminated logo.
It served as the basis for this modelKunpeng platform, designed for cars with internal combustion engines and various hybrid modifications, be it traditional solutions, sequential hybrids or hydrogen units. As for the T-X, most likely it will get a hybrid based on an internal combustion engine and rechargeable batteries.
The design of the SUV should appeal to many Mercedes G-class fans or Suzuki Jimny fans, as it has similar cubic shapes and styling with an emphasis on off-road capabilities. It will also be to the taste of owners of Land Rover Defender and Ford Bronco, with which Jetour also resonates in terms of wheel arches, hood contours and optics.
Other data about the specimen are still unknown, but the Chinese company will not make us wait for a long time for the serial model. Of course, it is likely that the concept will experience simplification in styling, but even if the general appearance remains unchanged, it will be an excellent cheap alternative to more premium and expensive SUVs from Japanese, British and American manufacturers.
