Universal charger for 12/24 volt batteries
The CTEK MXTS 40 is a modern battery charger in the CTEK line of chargers designed for exhibition centers and service stations. The device is easy to use, allows you to adjust the voltage level, and is suitable for lead-acid batteries.
The device is equipped with high-quality terminals and a 2.5 meter cable. It is fully compatible with accessories from the Pro series. The manufacturer's warranty for this model is 2 years.

The device supports 8 charging stages:
- Desulfation - if there are sulfates on the lead plates, the charger removes them by applying pulsating voltage and current;
- Soft start - the battery is tested for charging capability, if the battery is faulty, then further manipulations are pointless;
- Main charging - the maximum current is used, the stage ends at 80%;
- Absorption - charging up to 100%, the current gradually decreases;
- Analysis - the battery is tested for charge retention, failure to pass the test is a reason to dispose of the battery;
- Recovery - controlled "boiling" of the electrolyte to improve its structure and restore capacity, the stage can be turned on/off at will;
- Buffer mode - supporting charging of the battery with a constant voltage level;
- Pulse mode - the charger periodically supplies 5A current pulses to the battery, the device monitors the battery status and charges it as needed.
The latter modes are relevant for seasonal battery storage.
