You have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase (in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”), if:
the product does not fit in terms of form, dimensions, color, or size;
it cannot be used for its intended purpose.
A return is possible provided that:
a sales receipt or delivery note is presented;
the original intact manufacturer’s packaging is preserved;
there are no signs of use, mechanical damage, scratches, or scuffs;
all protective films, factory seals, and tags are intact;
the product is fully complete.
If an identical product is not available at the time of exchange, you may:
choose another product from our assortment with the corresponding extra payment or refund of the price difference;
receive a full refund of the money spent on the purchase;
wait for the arrival of an identical product and make an exchange at the earliest opportunity.
Procedure for Returning (Exchanging) Goods
Make sure the product meets the conditions for return or exchange.
You can return or exchange the product in one of two ways:
1. In person
Bring the product to the address:

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (by prior arrangement with the manager).
2. Via Nova Poshta
Send the product to the address:

Shipment must be made without cash-on-delivery, shipping costs are covered by the sender.
Refunds or product exchanges are carried out within 10 business days from the moment the returned product is received and inspected.
Postal expenses for the return/exchange of goods of proper quality are paid by the buyer.

Money is refunded:
to your bank card;
via the payment system you used when purchasing on the website;

If a purchased product is found to have a significant defect due to the manufacturer’s fault during the warranty period (in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”), you are entitled to:
replacement of the product with an identical one or another from our assortment;
a refund of the amount paid.
A significant defect is one that:
makes it impossible to use the product for its intended purpose;
arises due to the manufacturer’s fault and cannot be eliminated;
requires more than 14 days to be fixed;
cannot be repaired.
Make sure the product meets the conditions for return/exchange and provide documents confirming the purchase.
The product can be:
brought in person to our office (Vinnytsia, 109b Yukivka St., by prior arrangement with the manager);
sent via Nova Poshta to the address: Vinnytsia, Branch No. 1, Recipient: FOP Zbigley Oleksandr Volodymyrovych, DRFO: 3115416830.

Refunds or exchanges are carried out within 10 business days after the product is received and inspected by an expert.
