Ventilated perforated front brake disc for FJ-CRUISER Fr DBA42716XS

Reinforced front brake discs are developed by D.B.A. (Australia). They are used in Toyota FJ Cruiser sport-utility vehicles .

On off-road areas or asphalt streets, the unit works without complaint.
Improved notches help to clean the disc from pad dust. They also eliminate the effect of sinking and provide "coke" on the pads.

There is a ventilated perforated air exchange system. Dozens of holes evenly spaced around the perimeter of the pads provide a high-quality "blowing" of the entire structure. The efficiency of the pads is significantly increased (the braking distance is reduced by about 15%), but the rate of their wear increases due to the thinner metal layer. The TSP technology and the addition of carbon during production balances out the wear and tear.

The perforation of the disc allows it to be released faster from gases formed from contact with the pad, which has a positive effect on the adhesion of both surfaces.
