The reinforced ventilated front brake disc with grooves is developed by Disc Brakes Australia. It is used in Toyota FJ Cruiser SUVs. The unit works without any problems on asphalt roads and in harsh off-road conditions.
Improved notches clean the rim from pad dust, eliminate the washed-out effect and provide pad "coke".

The "Kangaroo Paw " heat dissipation system, created by the same D.B.A. company, is installed here. It consists of 144 rhomboid and teardrop-shaped partitions that are evenly spaced between the layers. This design ensures rapid heat dissipation due to centrifugal force: the rotation of the disk forms small air vortices that accelerate the exit of hot air from the disk, approximately all the baffles.

At the production stage, the equipment was improved with carbon fiber (XG-150 ) and TSP technology to increase resistance to sudden temperature changes. This has a positive effect on the service life of the brake disc.
