Reinforced ventilated front brake disc for TOY Seq 08-13/TLC200 15+ Fr DBA42724S

The reinforced brake disc is manufactured by D.B.A. It is used in Toyota Land Cruiser 200 sport-utility vehicles from 2015.

The notches over the entire surface clean the disc from pad dust, remove the washed-out effect, and guarantee pad "coke" and effective grip.

This is the ventilated "Kangaroo Paw" cooling system developed by Disc Brakes Australia. It consists of 144 partitions similar in shape to a diamond and a drop. They are equally spaced between the surfaces of the disk.

This design move ensures rapid heat dissipation due to centrifugal functioning: the rotation of the disk is accompanied by the formation of small air vortices that remove heated air around all the baffles;

To increase the disk's resistance to sudden temperature changes, the production stage included the addition of carbon (XG-150 ) and the use of TSP technology. Thus, the whole structure is operated longer.
