The production of the reinforced front brake disc is carried out by the Australian company D.B.A. It is used in Range Rover SP vehicles from 2004. On off-road areas and asphalt roads, the functionality of the unit does not raise any questions.

Improved notches clean the rim from pad dust, eliminate the washed-out effect and add "coke" to the pad.

The equipment is characterized by a ventilated perforated air exchange system. Dozens of holes, also distributed throughout the disk, perfectly "blow" the entire structure. Because of this, the efficiency of the pads becomes many times better (in particular, the braking distance is reduced by 15%), but wear is accelerated due to the thin metal layer. As a result, the service life is slightly shorter than that of standard counterparts.

The perforation of the disc guarantees the rapid release of gases generated by contact with the pad, and this has a positive effect on the adhesion of both of these surfaces.
