Reinforced rear brake discs are manufactured by Disc Brakes Australia. They are used in the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 SUV. The quality of the road surface is not an obstacle to the adequate operation of the equipment.

The disc is cleaned from pad dust by small notches. They also remove the effect of sinking, provide "coke" on the pads and high-quality traction.

The air exchange system is ventilated and perforated. These are dozens of holes evenly spaced around the perimeter on both sides, which"blow" all the equipment well. The efficiency of the latter is significantly improved (the braking distance is reduced by ~15%), but it wears out faster due to the small metal layer.

Perforation allows you to quickly release gases that arise due to friction with the pad. And to increase the heat resistance of the disc, carbon (XG-150 ) was added at the production stage and TSP technology was applied. Thus, the entire unit lasts longer.
