Reinforced ventilated perforated front brake disc for Toyota LC-200 DBA42722XS

Reinforced front brake discs are manufactured by Disc Brakes Australia. They are used in Toyota Land Cruiser 200 sport-utility vehicles. The unit works properly regardless of the quality of the road surface.

Surface notches are responsible for cleaning the disc from pad dust. They also eliminate the washed-out effect, provide "coke" on the pads and good traction.
A ventilated perforated cooling system is installed here. This is a set of equally spaced holes on both sides of the perimeter, which qualitatively "blow" the entire structure. The efficiency of the disk is significantly improved (braking distance is reduced by ~ 15%), but wear is faster due to the small metal layer.

The presence of perforations guarantees the rapid release of gases generated by friction with the pad. Carbon (XG-150 ) and TSP technology were added to increase the heat resistance of the disk. This increases the service life of all equipment.
