Reinforced front brake discs are manufactured by the Australian company Disc Brakes Australia. They are used in the Toyota Land Cruiser 100 sport-utility vehicle. The quality of the road surface is not an obstacle to the normal operation of the equipment.

The disc is cleaned from pad dust by improved notches. They also remove the effect of sinking, provide "coke" on the pads and good traction.
The air exchange system here is ventilated and perforated. These are dozens of holes evenly spaced around the perimeter, which qualitatively "blow" the entire structure. The efficiency of the unit is significantly increased (the braking distance is reduced by ~ 15%), but its wear is accelerated due to the small metal layer. But the overall wear of the disc is balanced by TSP technology and the addition of carbon during production.
