Reinforced ventilated brake disc 4000 for Audi S4/S6 Left DBA4241SL

The reinforced ventilated front left brake disc with grooves is manufactured by D.B.A. (Australia). It is used in Audi S4 / S6 cars. Asphalt roads and harsh off-road conditions are typical conditions for using this equipment.

Modernized notches clean the disc from pad dust, eliminate the effect of sinking and ensure the presence of pad "coke".

The "Kangaroo Paw " heat dissipation system, created by the same company Disc Brakes Australia, is installed here. It consists of 144 baffles resembling a drop and a rhombus in shape. They are evenly spaced between the layers of the disk. This design solution guarantees accelerated heat dissipation due to centrifugal functioning: the rotation of the disc creates small air vortex flows that remove heated air near all the baffles;

The unit is enhanced with carbon fiber and TSP technology to increase its temperature resistance. This makes the disc last much longer than usual.
