OME rear shock absorber for JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE WK2 2011+ 60124

The OME 60124 rear shock absorber is ideal for both regular road surfaces and tough off-road conditions. It significantly improves the handling and control of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, as it is made directly for it.

The shock absorber has a fairly simple design, the main components of which are a cylinder (divided into two planes: pneumatic and hydraulic) and a rod. The main feature of this device is that during active operation, the oil does not foam and does not mix with air, so the shock absorber does not lose its properties.

Features of the two-pipe shock absorber:

• Heavy-duty chrome-plated rod (diameter - 18 mm);
• The presence of a Teflon-coated piston (diameter - 35 mm) can significantly reduce heat generation and minimize the risk of oil aeration;
• Improved vehicle handling characteristics and ride elasticity over a wide range of loads are achieved through a multi-stage compression valve;
• The steel casing reliably protects the shock absorber from stones and various road debris;
• Polyurethane bushings - reduce noise and soften the suspension.

Note: If you want to significantly improve the functional features, we recommend using it together with OME springs.
Also, we strongly recommend replacing the gas-oil shock absorber every 60,000 km to maintain the vehicle's suspension.
