Reinforced leaf springs for Toyota Hilux pickup truck

Multi-leaf springs are designed for installation on tuned vehicles. They are able to cope with a constant additional load of 300 kg. The stiffness level corresponds to the "Comfort" category. Parts are mounted using UK766 bushings and C453-2 bolts.

The leaf spring contains 4+2 feathers. All sheets are made of unalloyed Japanese steel. They provide a lift of 30 mm, have a positive effect on the stability of the cargo platform and vehicle handling.

To reduce friction, the manufacturer has provided a graphite coating, Teflon inserts, and conical tips. To increase the strength of the spring, it was subjected to shot blasting.
