Rear springs with up to 3 inches of lift

The multilayer spring is designed for tuning Toyota HighLux pickup trucks produced in 2015+. It is capable of providing up to 70 mm or 3 inches of lift. The part is designed for an additional load level of 300 to 500 kg, making it optimal for vehicles with additional equipment.

Japanese-made spring steel is used for the production of the EFS spring. The package includes 5+2 layers. Each metal plate has a conical tip, which ensures that the load is distributed as evenly as possible. Teflon inserts and a graphite coating reduce inter-plate friction, reduce noise and increase service life.

Shot blasting has helped to reduce internal stress. To prevent sheet delamination, one nib has a rolled-up shape at the edges. A spring clip is also used for this purpose. The spring is mounted using UK766 bushings.
