The Tessera 4x4 cover is an exclusive accessory for the Ford Ranger pickup truck. It is designed to be installed on vehicles for private and commercial use. The accessory increases the practicality of the pickup truck by improving aerodynamics and protecting the cargo from weather. The sturdy design and reliable locks make it difficult for intruders to access the property and hide it from prying eyes.

The lid is based on a frame. It is made of a 5 mm thick aluminum profile. The canvas is covered with a vinyl coating that does not allow moisture to enter. It consists of individual aluminum plates connected to each other by patented hinges.

The canvas moves along the slats almost silently. A mechanical drive ensures fast winding. It is housed in a steel box that is installed directly behind the cab. The drive consists of an 8-sided drum, a ball bearing and a spring. Inside the box there is a drainage system for water drainage and an indicator that indicates fullness.

The bladecan be locked in the ventilation mode (10 cm) at 50 and 100 percent. It is controlled by an ergonomic handle. The locking mechanism is equipped with a protective cover.
