The roller shutter for Isuzu D-Max 2003-2007 is designed to eliminate all the disadvantages of the pickup truck. Most of the roller shutter components are made of aluminum. The only exception is the box for the drum. It is made of 1.5 mm galvanized steel. The roller shutter frame is made of anodized aluminum. The thickness of the guides is 5 mm. The frame covers the entire perimeter of the body, supplemented by rubber seals for better waterproofing. The guides have an anti-friction coating to prevent debris from entering between them and the blade.

The canvas consists of aluminum panels and vinyl fabric joined together. When flat, it has anti-vandal properties. The rigidity does not affect the ability to wind on the drum.

The model is equipped with a mechanical drive. Winding is provided by a powerful spring. To close the body, you need to pull the canvas by the handle and fix it at the end with a bolt lock.
