Tessera 4x4 offers a new generation of roll bars for the Ford Ranger. The model is designed for the double-cab version of the pickup truck and is compatible with safety bars.

The design consists of the following components:

1. Frame. Located around the entire perimeter of the body, it is equipped with seals for maximum tightness. It is made of aluminum with a thickness of 5 mm and can support the weight of an adult.
2. Canvas. Consists of aluminum plates and a vinyl coating. The plates are connected to each other by special hinges that make it impossible to break. When wound on the drum, there is no contact between the metal components. The absence of friction increases the service life. Vinyl ensures the tightness of the web and simplifies maintenance.
3. Locking mechanism. It is a bolt lock with an ergonomic handle. The lock is closed with a sliding lid that prevents moisture and sand from getting inside.
4. Box with a winding mechanism. Provides for internal installation. Compact dimensions do not take away from the useful space of the cargo compartment. The winding mechanism consists of an 8-sided drum, a powerful spring and a bearing.
