Universal sprayer for road treatment

The HillTip SPRAYSTRIKER 1000 electric sprayer allows you to effectively and quickly apply de-icing and disinfectant mixtures to roads and parking lots. It can be installed on light trucks and pickups.

The sprayer consists of:

• a high-density polyethylene container with a volume of 1000 liters;
• double 12-volt pump;
• 14 nozzles - arranged in two rows on the boom, generate droplets no larger than 140 microns;
• control system;
• stainless steel housing.

The Hilltip sprayer has a low noise level. The processing width is from 2 to 5 meters. The model is one of the most economical on the market. No more than 20 milliliters of solution are consumed per meter of area. The recommended travel speed is up to 25 km/h.

Additional options:

1. Electric solenoids on the side nozzles increase the working width.
2. A 12-meter hose reel allows you to manually reach hard-to-reach areas.
3. LED beacons improve vehicle visibility at night and increase traffic safety.
4. The stands are made of galvanized steel and simplify storage.

The sprayer is compatible with the HTrack tracking system. It allows you to receive all data about the device in real time, change settings directly from your smartphone, tablet or computer. The program displays the processing route, driving speed, etc. Location data comes from the GPS controller. Reports are generated in PDF format for later use.
