The torsion axle has a reliable, simple design that can work for many years without causing any trouble to the trailer owner. Maintenance during operation is reduced to checking the condition of the bearings. The procedure is recommended every 10 thousand kilometers. The first service should be performed after 1 thousand kilometers.

The Knott torsion axle consists of a square tube with round rubber harnesses inside. Forged levers are also pressed inside the pipe. When the load increases, the levers begin to change their position, and the harnesses return them to their original point, thus cushioning most of the bumps on the road.
