High-strength springs for off-road tuning

Ironman springs are suitable for Mitsubishi Pajero and Pajero Sport. They are designed for the rear axle, made of magnesium and silicon alloy. The parts were calibrated without preheating to high temperatures, so the metal retained a sufficient level of elasticity, strength, and uniformity. The winding is also made using cold technology. To protect against corrosion and to give the products an attractive appearance, they were treated with powder paint using an electrostatic method. The level of spring stiffness corresponds to class B.

The maximum lift level of the parts is 40 mm, and the additional load should not exceed 200 kg.
