Reinforced springs for the front axle of an off-road vehicle

Ironman MITS040A springs have been tested under the harsh conditions of the Australian terrain. They are made of a silicon and magnesium alloy and have been calibrated without temperature exposure. The springs have an optimal combination of elasticity and strength.

The structure of the springs is homogeneous, the winding is made using cold technology. The thickness of the coil is 17 mm, and the lift is 25 mm. The springs are designed for variable load levels from 0 to 50 kg.

To increase the service life, the parts are treated with an electrostatic coating. The stiffness coefficient corresponds to category B, which allows the springs to be used on modernized vehicles with additional off-road weighting.
