The flagship Ironman Foam Cell Pro suspension kit for the Land Rover Defender 90 is the pinnacle of off-road engineering. High precision manufacturing and revolutionary technical solutions provide 45 mm of body lift and a staggering load capacity of up to 80 kg on the front axle and up to 300 kg on the rear axle.

At the heart of the system are shock absorbers with unprecedented characteristics - a massive housing with a diameter of up to 74 mm with a three-millimeter wall, a reinforced 20 mm chrome rod and a powerful 45 mm piston. The unique Foam Cell technology separates the gas and hydraulic fluid, preventing cavitation and ensuring stable operation even under extreme loads.

Every element of the design demonstrates an uncompromising approach to reliability - circular welded fasteners, all-metal ears, integrated bumpers and height-adjustable spring supports. Increased oil volume and expanded heat transfer area provide efficient cooling in the most demanding applications, from long-distance combing to towing heavy trailers.

The system was designed at Ironman 's engineering center in Melbourne specifically for the extreme conditions of the Australian off-road terrain.
