Vintage Load Lift spring

The spring is designed for the rear axle. It has a reinforced design and consists of 5+3 sheets. The model is suitable for Isuzu D-Max vehicles, provides 40 mm of lift and is capable of handling loads up to 300 kg. The spring can also be installed on Isuzu Rodeo 02-12 (40 mm) and Great Wall V240 05-15 (50 mm).

The front ear measures 40 mm, the rear - 30 mm. The bend of the part is 180 mm. The spring is equipped with UK728 spring bushings. The part is characterized by a graphite coating and Teflon gaskets, which helps reduce friction and noise. The spring has been tested for deflection and shot blasting. The spring-loaded clamp prevents sheet delamination. The tips have a conical shape, which positively affects the uniformity of load distribution.
