Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles can experience the effect of resonant vibrations of the front wheels (also known as the Shimmy effect). This causes unpleasant sensations for the driver, because when driving off-road, the steering wheel starts to pop out of a fairly firm grip. If the car is also equipped with wheels with an increased diameter on rims without overhang, then steering feedback may be added when the wheel comes into contact with even a small stone.
