LITHIUM XS automated eight-step battery charger

The LITHIUM XS is designed to service and charge some of the most advanced LiFePO4 batteries available. It helps to extend battery life and improve battery performance. The device operates in a fully automatic mode. The charging procedure starts as soon as the battery terminals are connected to the power supply contacts. The model supports continuous charging for a long time. As soon as the battery capacity reaches 100%, the power supply switches to the support mode. Charging can be performed without disconnecting the battery from the vehicle's onboard network.

Charging stages:

1. Accept. The battery is tested for its ability to hold a charge.
2. Bulk. Charging with the maximum current until 90% of the battery capacity is filled.
3. Absorption. The charging current begins to drop gradually until 95% of the capacity is reached.
4. Completion. This step brings the capacity to 98%. A low current is used.
5. Maximization. The remaining charge is up to 100%.

At this stage, the battery can be disconnected. If you don't, the Pulse and Float stages are implemented. They keep the battery in working condition for an unlimited time.
