A few months after the presentation of Hilux Gr Sport in Thailand Japan receives its own version.

Toyota is constantly looking for the possibility of expanding the sales of this special Toyota line by entering new markets. It is still unknown whether the Toyota Hilux Gr Sport will be shipped. At the moment this modification is available in the Japan market.
For those who need a highly productive Toyota Gr Hilux, you will probably have to wait for the next generation to appear. There are no exact dates, but most likely by 2025 the current generation of popular pickup from Toyota will not be outdated.
