The AL-KO PLUS OPTIMA torsion axle is designed to be mounted on single-axle trailers weighing up to 750 kg. The advantage of this design is that it does not require the use of shock absorbers and springs in the suspension.

This torsion bar uses movable arms made of light alloy metal. This ensures high smoothness and directional stability of the trailer. It also significantly reduces tire wear. The bearing is mounted in the hub using Optimum Fit technology, so the chassis requires virtually no adjustment or maintenance.

The axle has no brakes. It is attached to the trailer using brackets. The maximum possible distance between them is 1000 mm. Wheel mount 100x4. Installing the axle will not create great difficulties.
