Ajax Hub 2 (4G) is a smart device for organizing the operation of a centralized or autonomous security system using wireless detectors and other types of devices.

Two protocols are supported for communication with the central monitoring station: SIA and Contact ID. Ajax Hub 2 also uses the Wings radio protocol. With its help, alarm verification using images (photos) is several times faster than using video.

The device has a black body made of durable plastic. It is powered by a standard power supply or a backup 2 Ah lithium-ion battery. The device is suitable for installation in an office, cottage, apartment, or house. It coordinates the work of all elements of the security system, processes incoming data, and sends instant alarms when necessary, cutting off false alarms. Notifications can be sent via SMS, PUSH notifications, or a call. The device can also be connected to the monitoring stations of security companies.

Ajax Hub 2 supports the connection of motion, gas, water, and smoke detectors, as well as door and window opening. The control panel allows connecting surveillance cameras of other brands.

The hub has several communication channels at once, which increases the reliability of the security system:

1. 2 SIM cards. If one network stops working, the device automatically switches to the other.
2. Ethernet.

The hub can transmit a series of photos even over a 2G network at a speed of 0.5 Kbps.

The detector data is transmitted to the control panel in an encrypted format. The device runs on the Malevich operating system, which is protected from cyberattacks and viruses. In case of signal jamming, the device automatically switches to alternative frequencies.

The control panel connects to the detectors in 1 click. Parameters are configured through the app, which can be installed on most Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Additionally, the system can be controlled using a 4-button Ajax key fob.

The detectors can be installed on several floors. The maximum straight-line range in an open area is 2 kilometers. The energy-efficient and trouble-free Jeweller technology in the minute ping mode allows the detectors to operate without the need for recharging for up to 7 years.
