BILSTEIN front shock absorber on the Ford F150
The BILSTEIN B8 5100 seriesshock absorbers can be easily adjusted to different road conditions. Suspension parts are designed specifically to level the front of off-road vehicles that are often driven off-road.
Suitable for Ford F150 2015-2018.
The damper is height adjustable and provides up to 2 inches (5 cm) of additional lift. Single tube shock absorbers are manufactured by extrusion. This seamless method of forcing material through a molding hole in the die extends the life of the part and ensures its resistance to impact.
The patented BILSTEIN damper design with an enlarged working area of a 46 mm diameter piston prevents oil foaming and removes excess heat more efficiently than the OEM part. After being made of hardened induction steel, the product is chrome-plated for even greater durability.
